Special Notes of Appreciation from our Clients.....
Dear Everyone Involved in Holiday for Giving,
"Once again you all have melted my heart. I can't believe the amount of kindness for others you all possess. I wouldn't be able to get through the holiday without you and knowing that people like you do exist. You are very much appreciated. I said it last year and I'll say it again; I cannot wait to be a part of this amazing family and give to all those families in need. You have blessed me and my daughter once again and I am forever thankful. You deserve the most wonderful Christmas. I wish you all happiness. Thank You!"
To All at Holiday for Giving,
"I wanted to write a note to thank you all at Holiday for Giving from the bottom of my heart!!! You have been helping me for a few years now and I can't tell you how much it means that strangers are so generous and go so far out of their way to help people. I am struggling. I've been struggling for a long time. The one I worry about is my son. To be a single mother is hard because I want the world for my son but I can't afford to buy it for him. So I need to show him the goodness and mercy in life and show him humility and honesty and how to be a good person. You are giving me a good starting point! Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!"
"When I first walked in, I was nervous, I didn't know what to expect and I know it was written all over my face. But you guided me in and treated me so unbelievably nice (you don't see that much anymore). I can't begin to tell you how much I needed your help and I got so much more. You brought the holiday feelings into my home. My emotions were overloaded and brought me to tears, knowing you all exist. I really hope to be a part of it very soon. Thank you, thank you for caring right when I was beginning to lose hope."
Dear Holiday for Giving Volunteers
"Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to make our holiday season extra special!"
"Being unemployed is especially tough during the holidays. Thank you for lightening my burden a little."
"I just came back from picking up my gift for our family. I was so touched by all the generosity I received. I never thought for one moment I would receive anything or that I would receive food. I cried in the beginning with the gift certificate for West Side Market and didn't stop fighting back the tears until the last hug goodbye at my vehicle. I wanted you all to know how happy I am as a single mom to be able to give to my children at Christmas time. You have helped to make this a happy - very happy and Merry Christmas for all. With much gratitude. I look forward to giving back and join Santas Elves someday."
From Holiday for Giving - you are all most welcome!
